HPG Developments has secured B&Q as its first tenant at The Interchange Park site where Carter will build a new 56,800 sq ft out of town retail unit for the firm.

William Jewson, Development Director , HPG Developments said: “I am delighted that construction is about to begin at Interchange Park.

“The project will bring valuable investment and jobs to Bedford and demonstrates what can be achieved when all Stakeholders in the development process work together.”

Further phases of the scheme will include a multi-franchise car showroom and a terrace of small light industrial units in a range of different sizes.
