Circle invites bids for £1bn new build framework

Housing association Circle Group has started pre-tendering a £500m-£1bn new build housing framework.

The ambitious four-year work programme is being broken up into several regions and project sizes covering London, the South East and East Anglia.

In total there will be 45 lots with work ranging from under £1m to more than £10m.
