The builder said the deal would ramp up the volume of home emergency claims it handles and estimated the contract was worth £40m over three years.
The new deal with AXA subsidiary Inter Partner Assistance is expected to create 50 new jobs, many at Rok’s 24-hour contact centre at Mansfield.
Garvis Snook, Rok’s chief executive, said: “This contract win is a significant success for Rok’s maintenance and improvements division and for the group as a whole.
“Rok and AXA Assistance have formed a long term strategic partnership to provide a best in class home emergency service.”
