Maxwell Stewart currently has a turnover of £15m and will boost Serveat’s annual sales to £225m.

Maxwell Stewart was founded by Robert Stewart in 1992 and works in the retail, leisure, education, travel, corporate, transport and manufacturing sectors.
Morgan and all the senior management at Maxwell Stewart will remain in place to drive the strategy and growth of the business.
