The project also includes the refurbishment of the existing Grade II* listed building to provide a mixture of teaching spaces and academic offices.
Its ambitious plans still require planning from the London Borough of Camden and rubber stamping by English Heritage.
Mace has already been involved in the client’s team as a consultant. Tenders are due to be issued to around five shortlisted firms in September for a two-stage bid process.
