Carillion Breathe Limited (CBL) will target schools, universities, hospitals and other public sector buildings as well as industrial and commercial facilities in the private sector.

The nationwide business is headquartered in London and is already managing projects in Birmingham, Manchester and other parts of the UK.

Phil Shepley, Managing Director Commercial Energy and Engineering for Carillion Services, said:  “With rising energy costs and increasing regulation being put in place to control carbon emissions, the need for effective solutions is clear.
