The project forms part of a wider £45m investment in its North and South City Campuses in Wolverhampton City Centre.

University estate chiefs have enlisted Gardiner and Theobald as project manager and hope to invite tenders from shortlisted firms for the six storey building at the start of October.

The overall project duration will be 17 months for use by the University in May 2015.
