Work will involve a remodelling and relocation project for the School of Geography alongside an extensive programme of refurbishment and infrastructure upgrades of the Clothworkers South and Central Buildings.
Completion is scheduled for the autumn of 2014.
The deal is the latest education job for Miller after the firm recently won two schemes which started on site earlier this month
At Manchester Metropolitan University Miller is working on an £8.5m deal to deliver a new 4,000sqm Students’ Union building which is due for completion in the summer of 2014.
At the University of Edinburgh Miller is working on a £6.8m contract to deliver the second component of phase 2 of the National Avian Research Facility at the University’s Easter Bush campus.
Completion is due by the end of 2014.
