The company will still be referred to as EM in short but the new name reflects the change in ownership following a switch from joint venture ownership with Mouchel.

Dave Wright, managing director, said: “This change of name provides a clear difference from the previous joint venture ownership.

“It will provide the platform for the continuation of excellence in delivery and customer service as demonstrated by the recent awards of the LoHAC South London Area and the Highways Agency Area 3 contracts.”
