Consultant Dudley Smith Partnership is acting as the agent and will handle the two-stage bid process for the new arena, which is expected to cost up to £14m to build.
The 3,000 seater National Badminton Centre will be built on the site of the National Bowl and it designed to hold 17 badminton courts, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a health and fitness club, conference rooms and offices.
Funding for the project will be provided from the sale of the existing site for a housing development, as well as backing from Sport England and the Buckinghamshire Lawn Tennis Association.
