LAMDA is looking for a firm to take on the £10m build contract to demolish existing buildings in Hammersmith to make way for a 4-storey building.
This will provide teaching accommodation including 10 rehearsal studios, TV and sound studios, 230-seat practice theatre with fly tower and 120-seat studio theatre.
Works at the 155-169 Talgarth Road site are schedules to start in May for completion in December 2015.
Niall McLaughlin Architects has designed the new building at the former home of the Royal Ballet School in Baron’s Court, which was bought by LAMBA back in 2001.
