The latest win for the firm is understood to be worth £39m and covers eight schools.
It catapults Interserve up the ranking of contractors who have successfully bid for batches of work under the publicly-funded part of the programme.
Yesterday, the Education Funding Agency confirmed Interserve had bagged its first batch of seven schools in the North West worth £48m.
Rival Kier was also confirmed as winner of the £60m East 2 and £63m North East 2 batches.
The latest wins put Kier and Interserve in the top three most successful contractors with BAM, which bagged the biggest individual haul of work when it won the London region.
