Mace Plus takes £20m Stevenage science park

Mace Plus has won a £20m contract to start on the first phase of a new Bioscience research campus in Stevenage.

GlaxoSmithKline plans to build a £170m campus eventually to act as a hub for 25 companies working in biotechnology.

Construction will take around 18 months and has been half funded by Government to help the UK establish its place as a world leader in the commercial development of biotechnology.

Faithful + Gould are client advisers on the job.
