Yorkshire’s largest developer of affordable homes said the total spend could rise to £200m if other public bodies adopt the procurement model in the region.
It has pledged to build 800 new homes in Yorkshire between 2012 and 2015, to help address the housing crisis.
The association is splitting the framework in two lots, each of up to 12 firms covering jobs up to £3m and larger schemes above this value.
