The established scaffolding contractor worked mainly for a handful of big house builders, including Persimmon, Miller, David Wilson and Barratt.

Gilt Edge was a member of the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation, and boasted a fully trained workforce of 45 operatives, all registered with the CITB and Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme.
