Contest starts for £22m Eastleigh leisure centre

Eastleigh Borough Council is advancing plans to replace Fleming Park Leisure Centre with a bigger building and better facilities on the site.

The council is now preparing to launch a design and build bid competition for a new £22m centre.

This will house a 25m swimming pool, a major sports hall, gym and football pitches and tennis courts.
