A team from groundworks and RC frame specialist Carey London is breaking-up the structure on the site run by main contractor Durkan.
The Enquirer understands that the site structural engineer discovered problems in the frame as it reached the third floor.
It is believed the problems centre on reinforcing steel in the concrete.

The four-storey job at Salcombe Road in East London is to build 30 new apartments including three luxury flats on the top floor for developer Bellway.
A spokesman for Bellway said: “A problem was picked up during one of our routine inspections.
“We are happy with the response from our contractors Durkan and Carey London who are rectifying the matter.
“We are hoping this won’t delay the build schedule by more than 8-10 weeks.”
