The specialist London residential developer and contractor has just secured planning permission to develop a prime three-acre site in Highbury Park in North London.
The scheme being worked up in partnership with Family Mosaic Housing Association consists of 143 private and affordable homes – 82 properties for private sale and 61 affordable homes.
Killian Hurley, chief executive at Mount Anvil, said: “Highbury Park is a prime site with excellent potential for creating first-class homes in an outstanding setting.
“The development will deliver much-needed new family housing for London, excellent community facilities, public open spaces and a good balance of private and affordable homes.”
