The firm will supply, install and test a twin circuit onshore 132kV cable system from landfall near Weybourne, Norfolk to Necton, Norfolk.
The new onshore cable system will connect the subsea cable that will take the power from the offshore wind turbines to a new National Grid sub-station.
As part of the project, Carillion will undertake all civil engineering and cable installation activities, including crossing a number of watercourses and strategic roads using trenchless techniques.
The onshore cabling project will start later this year and is scheduled to be commissioned in 2016.
Graham Carr, Managing Director of Carillion Network Services said: “This project builds on the excellent relationship that Carillion has developed with Statoil and Statkraft.”
