L.G.A is based in Bridgend with a depot in Cardiff and had an annual turnover of £6m

The company, is now being run by Keith Morgan, Director at the Cardiff office of accountants Mazars.

L.G.A is involved in civil engineering and highway maintenance projects, such as highway construction, highway repairs, street lighting, fencing and town centre infrastructure improvements.

The company’s clients include a raft of councils across Wales built up since the business started trading in 1994.

Morgan said: “The administrators are continuing to trade the business on a limited basis to carry out certain work in progress.

“Unfortunately, however, the majority of the company’s employees have been made redundant”.
