The win comes as the specialist targets high-end residential schemes as part of its expansion plans outside of its core commercial market.
Flats at the 190 Strand scheme will sell for up to £10m.
David Hurcomb, NG Bailey CEO, said: “The high-end residential market is going through a period of exponential growth and the solutions we offer are perfect for these environments where developers are ‘building’ in dense City locations, with tight build timeframes.
“Our strategy to focus on the residential market comes as we look ahead to the growth driving the market, of which this is just one.”
NG Bailey is now working on the initial design contract in readiness to deliver a full Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health installation.
The firm’s Engineering division will maximise the use of its offsite manufacture capability to deliver the ‘shell and core’ infrastructure to 200 luxury top-end apartments, town houses and penthouses.
Mark King, operations director, for the company’s Engineering division in London, said: “What a fantastic project to have on our books, one that we are proud to be associated with.
“We worked hard to develop a value-engineered solution that would benefit the client in terms of a reduced timeframe for the overall installation and through the integration of a number of our divisional offerings reducing the number of men on site – allowing for better H&S and fewer interfaces between trades – enabling better collaboration.”
