The Role
We are looking for a Design Manager to join our team in the North to manage the design process during pre-construction and project delivery. Initially, you’ll be based in Leeds, working on a live student accommodation project to monitor the quality of the design to ensure that it meets the requirements of the business and the client.
You’ll critically review design information to ensure it fulfills commercial criteria, contractual obligations and that it complies with all statutory requirements.
Managing design information requests, you will also participate in design coordination with all key consultants and supply chain.
